Erin Davies joins Richmond Chambers

We’re delighted to announce that Erin Davies has joined Richmond Chambers. Erin is one of New Zealand’s leading employment law practitioners, bringing close to 30 years’ experience spanning advisory work, advocacy, mediation, and independent workplace investigations.

Before joining Richmond Chambers, Erin was a senior partner at Meredith Connell for nearly a decade, where she founded and led the firm’s employment law team. She previously held senior roles at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and Brookfields Lawyers, and has practised in both Australia and New Zealand.

Erin is a qualified independent investigator and has held the AWI-CH certification since 2017. She is an Associate Member of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ). Her practice covers the full spectrum of employment law, including personal grievances, workplace fraud and investigations, restructuring, discrimination, health and safety, and union matters.

Her move to Richmond marks an exciting new chapter, and we’re privileged to have someone of her calibre and breadth of experience join our Chambers.

Erin’s expertise in employment law, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution will be a valuable addition to Richmond Chambers’ offering.
